Parents know what’s best for their kids – and while Texas has a lot of great public schools\, sometimes\, an assigned public school isn’t the right fit. And while some families can afford to send their kids to private school or homeschool\, many families can’t. Parents\, regardless of income\, know their children’s unique educational needs best and should be able select the best option for their kids. We are working to pass a new scholarship program in Texas called an “Educational Savings Account” because we believe that ALL Texas students deserve an education that benefits their unique learning needs. ESAs help cover the cost of education alternatives by providing families with funds they can use towards private school or homeschooling. If passed\, an ESA scholarship has the potential to change the lives of millions of Texas students. If you’re interested in learning more about bringing ESAs to Texas\, please join us at Hijinx Trampoline Park from 12:30-2:30pm on Saturday\, July 29th! Bring the whole family! All are welcome! Please note that the free school supplies and jumping are limited to the first 100 attendees – so be sure to RSVP! We are the Institute for Justice\, a nonprofit with an office in Austin\, that works alongside parents to support educational choice programs.
