Math Battles at the Public Library

The latest installment in the STEAM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) Lab series is Math Battles. Families can take part in math-oriented games that help children practice basic math concepts while having fun. Families will learn new games to play with their children. They can also make their own board game to take home. The free event is Monday, February 8th at 5:30 pm at the Judy B. McDonald Public Library. The event is for ages 7-11 years. Misty Boggs is the Creative Director at MSGPR. As a resident of Angelina County, she enjoys getting to spend time with her family at their tree farm or exploring new art forms at home. She earned her bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in Creative Writing at Stephen F. Austin State University in 2020 and received her MBA in Marketing from Lamar University in 2024.
