AgriLife Extension Service To Host Two Canning Workshops This Summer

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host two canning workshops at Hudson High School’s culinary lab this summer:  Fruit Jam Workshop on June 20th at 6 PM;  Salsa Workshop on July 18th at 6 PM.

Participants will receive hands-on instruction making delicious canned goods, while learning proper practices to ensure safety and quality.

Cost is $20 per person per workshop.  Space is limited each session.  Pre-registration is required. Registration form can be found HERE.

Located at Hudson High School Culinary Lab, 6735 Ted Trout Dr. Lufkin, Texas 75904.
