Cessation Classes Starting in January

The Coalition, Inc. is partnering with CHI St. Luke’s Health Memorial Hospital to provide FREE cessation classes to adults that want to quit smoking. There are many benefits for people who stop smoking including, reduced risk of tobacco-related diseases and early death. With support and encouragement, you can double your chances of successfully quitting. The Freshstart program can be your start to a new life without cigarettes! This 4-session program is free for all participants and all materials are included. Participants will receive a free workbook plus the support and guidance of a trained facilitator.
