The City of Lufkin is proud to announce that the T.L.L. Temple Foundation has generously awarded a $67,000 grant to support the Lufkin Fire Department. This funding will be used to purchase four Stryker Lucas 3.1 device units, advanced life-saving equipment designed to provide consistent, high-quality chest compressions during cardiac emergencies.
“These devices are a game-changer for our department,” said Fire Chief Jesse Moody. “They not only improve patient outcomes but also allow our first responders to focus on providing comprehensive care during critical situations.
