DETCOG Extends Welcome To Anyone Interested In Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Deep East Texas Council of Governments (DETCOG) will hold their regular monthly meeting Thursday, July 28, 2016 in Hemphill, Texas. The board will meet in the Family Life Center at the First Baptist Church on Highway 87 South.

A luncheon will be served at noon, with the board meeting to follow. Welcoming members and guests to Sabine County will be Sabine County Judge Daryl Melton; Hemphill Mayor Robert Hamilton; Sabine County Commissioners, Jimmy McDaniel, Doyle Dickerson, Fayne Warner and Tommy Clark as well as Sabine County Minority Representative Dean Crockett.

DETCOG’s President, Lufkin City Commissioner Lynn Torres would like to extend an invitation to the meeting to all interested parties.
