Whether you’ve seen Lightwire Theater on America’s Got Talent or in Lufkin in 2010 when they sold out the Temple Theater with their first dinosaur tale, you know that it’s a treat for the entire family! Tickets for both the 1:30 pm and the 4:30 pm performances, Sunday May 17 are $8 for kids and $12 for grown-ups. All seating is general admission. Angelina Arts Alliance is proud to present the 2014-2015 Family FUNDAY Series, sponsored by The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy and Jordan Family Dentistry. Season Sponsors are First Bank & Trust East Texas and Georgia-Pacific.

“The luminescent quality combined with the life-sized scale of the puppet characters dazzles the young and the young at heart,” said Tracy Pinkerton, Arts Alliance Executive Director. Lined with electroluminescent wire, these dino-characters illuminate the darkened stage and make their way into audiences’ hearts. The ancient art of full-body puppetry gets a magical, luminous update by this imaginative inspired troupe. Children will love the clear, fast-paced stories, each with a positive message and kid-friendly humor.
