Mechanical Forest Tree Pruning Field Demonstrations

Texas A&M Forest Service and Texas A&M AgriLife Research will host two field demonstrations in cooperation with Baker Forestry & Contracting Ltd. and the Advaligno PATAS standing-tree mechanical pruning system.

Location: TBD in Northeast Texas or Southwest Arkansas
The PATAS system is an innovative approach to mechanically prune standing trees and has potential applications in improving the efficiency and economics of forest management and wood utilization.
