ALAN HENRY
Water clear main lake to stained up river; 76 degrees; 2.61’ low. Black bass are slow to fair on small crankbaits, spoons, 7” and 10” Power Worms and watermelon red Baby Brush Hogs (throw a black buzzbait early and on cloudy days). Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are fair on jug lines baited with gold–fish, perch and minnows.
AMISTAD
Water murky; 83–87 degrees; 18.11’ low. Black bass are good on watermelon crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and Rat–L–Traps. Striped bass are fair on large topwater jerkbaits. White bass are fair on crankbaits and minnows. Channel and blue catfish are good on cheesebait over baited holes in 6–25 feet. BROWNWOOD
Water stained; 82–86 degrees; 1.21’ low. Black bass are fair on green pumpkin Grande Bass soft plastics, and on crankbaits and topwaters early and late. Hybrid striper are slow.
