Healthy Chicken and Pita Pockets

Ingredients for Healthy Chicken and Pita Pockets.

Ingredients:

1 ( 10 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, steamed
4 pita pockets, halved
½ pomegranate, seeded
1 pound chicken breast tenders, seasoned with lemon pepper, baked
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
Juice and zest of ½ lemon

Directions:

Whisk together yogurt, olive oil, sugar, salt, and lemon juice and zest. Spread desired amount inside each pita. Add chicken tenders and broccoli. Top with pomegranate seeds. Serve!
