Math Battles at the Public Library

The latest installment in the STEAM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) Lab series is Math Battles. Families can take part in math-oriented games that help children practice basic math concepts while having fun. Families will learn new games to play with their children. They can also make their own board game to take home. The free event is Monday, February 8th at 5:30 pm at the Judy B. McDonald Public Library. The event is for ages 7-11 years. Misty Boggs is the Creative Director at MSGPR. She lives in Angelina County and recently earned her bachelor's degree in Public Relations and a minor in Creative Writing at Stephen F. Austin State University in 2020. She is currently working on obtaining her MBA from Lamar University.
