Lisa McCreary is the new director of Angelina College’s Nacogdoches Career and Technical Center. McCreary holds a bachelor’s degree in both English and Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler.
She has been involved in education for 24 years and has served in a variety of administrative leadership positions within education for nearly 19 years. McCreary was previously the assistant superintendent of Chapel Hill Independent School District and an instructor at UT-Tyler and Tyler Junior College.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the Angelina College team. My top priority is to connect with members of the community to share the current opportunities available at our Nacogdoches Center and explore areas for expansion that will benefit our students and positively impact our community,” McCreary said.
