The Nacogdoches Library Hosts Lego Club and Do It Yourself Club

The Judy B. McDonald Public Library will host its monthly Lego® Club on Saturday, June 18 th at 2:30 pm for children ages 5-17 years. The library has thousands of Lego® pieces so kids can build whatever they can imagine. The program is held the third Saturday of each month at 2:30 pm and no registration is required.


The Judy B. McDonald Public Library invites the community to attend the June installation of the Adult Art Series on Tuesday, June 14 th at 5:30 p.m. This month’s project will be silhouette art using recycled materials. “We’ve had great fun at these events, and now we’re trying a new night,” says Crystal Hicks, assistant library director. “Each month we try a new project, always focusing on the creative process and camaraderie, rather than on the final outcome.” No registration is required for this free event.
