Papa’s Banana Peanut Pops

Holidays are the ideal time for families to create special memories. Some of Kevin’s special memories with his grandparents were formed in the kitchen. If your grandchildren are visiting you during the holidays, why not create memories with them by letting them help you make this delicious and healthy snack.

Papa’s Banana Peanut Pops

Ingredients:

3 bananas, cut in thirds
2-4 ounces dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
2 teaspoons peanut butter
9 pop sticks

Wax paper


Step 1: Roll stick in peanut butter


Step 2: Poke stick in banana part, about 2/3rds of the way


Step 3: Roll banana in chocolate


Step 4: Roll banana in peanuts


Step 5: Place banana on waxed paper

Repeat 8 more times. Place pops in freezer for approximately 30 minutes. Eat and enjoy!
