Virtual Tobacco Cessation Classes in July

The Alcohol & Drug Awareness Council (ADAC), in partnership with The Coalition, Inc., is hosting free online tobacco cessation classes for adults who want to quit tobacco. There are many benefits for people who quit tobacco, including reduced risk of tobacco-related diseases and early death. With support and encouragement, you can double your chances of successfully quitting. The Freshstart program can be your start to a new life without tobacco! This 4-session program is free for all participants and all materials are included. Two online classes will be offered in July. Both classes will be on Tuesdays, July 9th, 16th, 23rd and 20th. Choose the time that works best for your schedule: 12:00-1:00 pm or 4:30 pm-5:30 pm. For more information, or to register, visit Project-Quit.org or call (936) 634-9308.
