Woodsy Wonders At The Texas Forestry Museum

The Texas Forestry Museum invites Kids’ Club members to their next event, Woodsy Wonders. The Kids’ Club-Only event will be held on Thursday, September 8th from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Children will learn about why leaves change color, go on a nature scavenger hunt, and make a fun woodsy craft! Also, there will be plenty of pizza and drinks for everyone.

If you are not a Kids’ Club member, come out and join the fun for just $5.00. Please RSVP by Tuesday, September 6th by calling 936-632-9535 or stopping by the museum. Woodsy Wonders is being brought to you by our wonderful sponsor East Texas Asphalt Co., Ltd.

The Texas Forestry Museum, a private non-profit organization, is located at 1905 Atkinson Dr. in Lufkin. We are open from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, except major holidays. For more information on the Texas Forestry Museum and its scheduled events, please call 936-632-9535.
