Angelina Arts Alliance Announces All Free Frozen Family Funday

Date:

Disney’s FROZEN + Magic + Laughter = FROZEN Family Funday

Unique family events that unite our community make the 15th Anniversary of the Angelina Arts Alliance a year to remember. Frozen Family Funday, coming January 31, 1-5 pm kicks off the new year with a totally FREE fun filled family day at the Temple Theater.

The indoor and outdoor activities are sure to keep the kiddos and adults entertained all afternoon starting with Disney’s FROZEN Sing-A-Long movie showing in the Temple Theater at 1 pm followed by The Chipper Experience! Where Comedy and Magic Collide!, a live performance that will keep the whole family laughing.

Disney’s FROZEN Sing-A-Long movie starts inside the Temple Theater at 1 pm with the doors opening at 12:30 Frozen FunDay Artworkpm, and The Chipper Experience starts at 3:30 pm. Free tickets for both the movie and the comedy/magic show are available in advance at the Temple Theater Box Office weekdays from 11 am to 5 pm starting January 4th.

Princesses and other costumed characters are encouraged! Outside you will find Sidewalk chalk art, Snowflake making, Face painting, and free cookies and hot chocolate at the Brookshire Brothers Hot Chocolate Bar. Inside kids can learn about and practice theater improv.

Johnny Villarreal will show kids how to make their own ‘stop animation’ movie with the Edge of Imagination Station, and more hands-on fun awaits you. On Sunday, January 31st, bring the kids and join in the fun to help us celebrate 15 years of artistic adventures with this interactive, creative and FREE family experience.

Frozen Family Funday is sponsored by a generous grant from the Brookshire Brothers Charitable Foundation. Specific events sponsored by Woodland Heights Medical Center & The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy.

Tickets will also be available at the door on Sunday January 31st. And, watch for a ‘Frozen Gift Bag’ give-a-way contest on the Angelina Arts Alliance Facebook page in January.
