Dark Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

It’s easy to go overboard through the holidays with delicious treats served with nearly every meal – chocolate chips cookies, pecan pie, roasted marshmallows, and red velvet cake to name a few. However, it’s important to keep your health in mind as you devour holiday sweets.

Here is a delicious and simple recipe with a healthy kick. It doesn’t take long to make and it involves dark chocolate. So, get in your kitchen and start mixing ingredients for my delicious twist on a Dark Chocolate Chip Mug Cake.

Dark Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

Ingredients

1 scoop of protein powder (flavor of choice, I use vanilla)
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Stevia

Directions

Mix in a mug and heat in microwave for 60-90 seconds. Serve. Enjoy!
