Summer in the City Set to Launch with Ultimate 80s Party Featuring The Spazmatics (Angelina County)

LUFKIN, TEXAS – Get ready, Lufkin — the countdown to Summer in the City has officially begun! Presented by Brookshire Brothers, this brand-new event series will launch on May 31, 2025, with an epic night at The Pines Theater, featuring the unforgettable energy of The Spazmatics — the ultimate 80s tribute band. It’s not too late to join the fun! Tickets for The Spazmatics are going fast — and this is one party you won’t want to miss. Not only will you dance the night away inside the historic Pines Theater, but First Street will also be closed an hour before showtime for a lively pre-party! Guests can enjoy:
