AC’s 16th Annual Guy Davis Golf Tournament Caps Big Weekend: Proceeds Benefit Angelina College Athletics Programs

Date:

From the first minutes of the Kickoff Dinner on Friday at Crown Colony Country Club to the last drained putt on Saturday, the 16th Annual Guy Davis Golf Tournament proved again why it’s one of the area’s favorite events.

The tournament featured a total of 50 five-player teams competing in a scramble format. AC athletes assisted with scorekeeping and hole monitoring, and numerous former Roadrunners arrived from around the country to lend support to AC’s sports programs.

The Hunter Johnson team took the day’s lowest score playing in the scramble format, carding a -21 for the day.
