Lunch Circuit (Nacogdoches County)

This “drop-in” full body circuit style WOD will be posted on the wall of the fitness center. The flexibility of the workout timing is designed to help participants meet their workout goal for the day no matter the constraints or barriers that occur due to having a busy schedule. Whether you have 15 minutes or 60 minutes to dedicate, pop in any time during this hour to complete the WOD. Participants may work out independently but will be provided with trainer instruction and support the entire time.

Fees/Admission
Individual Classes: $15.00 per person/per class

4 for $48 (savings of $12) Classes expire after 6 weeks. Choose from Fitness or Yoga Classes. Use that code to redeem immediately using the quick link provided, or redeem it over time. When you redeem your code, it will deduct appointments booked from the balance of the package.
