Flourless Pancakes

Here is a simple recipe for a healthy take on pancakes!

Ingredients

½ cup egg whites
8 ounces container of plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 small packet of Stevia

Directions

Grind oats in a food processor. Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix, and cook on griddle or skillet. Makes several small or 1 large pancake. Serve and enjoy!
