Leather Tooling Workshop at the Public Library One Book, One City Event

(Nacogdoches, TX) – The Nacogdoches Public Library invites participants ages 13 and up to a Leather Tooling Workshop on Friday, October 13th at 4:30 p.m. Attendees will learn how to add decoration to leather using the same kinds of tools that would have been used in the 19th century. SFA Art Professor Candace Hicks will facilitate the workshop. This event is a part of the One Book, One City initiative that celebrates the novel True Grit by Charles Portis for the month of October.
