Operation Clean Sweep

Date:

Georgia-Pacific Diboll Particleboard employees recently put their carpentry skills to the test and participated in the Diboll Civic Club’s Operation Clean Sweep project. This annual event assists elderly and disabled homeowners in need with home repairs and yard work.

The Georgia-Pacific team removed aging front entryways on two homes and replaced them with more substantial covered porches. “This is our fifteenth year to participate in Operation Clean Sweep,” said Nathan Pruitt, Georgia-Pacific Diboll Particleboard Human Resource Manager. “We feel it is vital to give back to the community of Diboll, especially to those residents in need.”

Participating in this year’s project are (Front Row l to r) Nathan Pruitt, Reagan Brown, Andy Parish, and David Thelen (Back row l to r) Lee Tamez and Bruce Thompson.
